    A.A.C. has been licensed in Colorado since March of 1994. In 2006 alone, we placed 114 from both Korea and China. We have matched 23 special needs children from China and 20 have come home. Currently we receive about 10 to 15 special needs children's referrals from China every 3-4 months.
