Jean provides necessary information to sellers and/or buyers regarding the closing once the contract has been accepted. She oversees the coordination of legally required documents, inspections, appraisals and closing details. Jean is in constant contact with the mortgage lender and the closing attorney/title company involved in your transaction. She provides quality service for each of our clients by assisting everyone involved in getting to that final step - CLOSING on your home!

I have been helping sellers and buyers in Lexington and its contiguous counties since 1997. Soon after earning my broker's license in 2007, I became the Closing Coordinator for Hendricks Real Estate Team. As the Closing Coordinator, I am responsible for providing advice/guidance/assistance to other Realtors in our office to be sure all real estate laws are followed, paperwork is completed properly, and our clients are given the best service possible. I also process all of the Hendricks Team short sales.
