1602 Group designs and manufactures custom control systems as an OEM manufacturer. We specialize in being a technology partner to companies who want to use the latest electronic technology in their products but do not have the in-house experience to do so.

1602 Group is proud to be appointed the USA Product Support Agent for Neo Products. From our facility in Alexandria VA we provide technical support and return to depot repairs and warranty for Neo Products. Our close working relationship with Neo Products in the UK enables us to provide rapid full response to a wide range of products.

1602 Group is pleased to announce its appointment to represent Neo Products in operating product support to Neo's customers in USA and Canada. From our USA base in Alexandria, VA we will be carrying a range of spares and be operating Neo's return to base warranty policy from this location. With over 20 years experience in providing product support services in the USA we are looking forward to applying this expertise in supporting Neo's customers.

Over the past 30 years we have continued to introduce the latest technology to our customers to provide ever more flexible ways to provide systems to meet their needs.

The introduction of FPGA technology in the early 1990’s allowed us to build standard hardware that could easily be modified using a firmware upgrade allowing us to build one off solutions with technical support for years to come. Today we provide a wide range of products from simple transistor matrices to high speed network based controllers managing thousands of real-time events over a wide area.
