The phone was answered right away by a fiendly woman who put me at ease and assured me that my problem would be taken care of in a short amount of time. The locksmith arrived at my door within 30 minutes and a short while later the problem was solved. Our locks are commercial and the issue was not what I would consider to be an easy fix. I feel that what we were charged was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and the speed in which it was handled.
