Description: We are currently seeking a Research & Development Engineering Manager to be located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Network Engineering Department is responsible for designing and implementing CISCO based VOIP products. Critical Job Requirements: Minimum qualifications include a 4 year degree in engineering or the equivalent in experience, 8 years applicable experience in a telecommunications environment, including experience in a leadership role, 7 years experience in voice and/or data network technologies, strong project management and organizational skills, 3 years supervisory experience, in-depth knowledge of CISCO equipment implementation and software configuration, and IP and related protocols, computer proficiency, including word processing and spreadsheets, experience in developing and monitoring operating budgets, and strong communication skills.
