Most of our business comes to us through referrals and from neighbors watching how we do our work.

1st Colorado Roofing, LLC is a privately held corporation which is incorporated in the state of Colorado. The Founder of our company is Dallas Green who has spent most of his life in or around the roofing industry. Mr. Green's father Robert Green was the manager of Dallas Wholesale Roofing for many years so as a child and young man, Dallas was exposed daily to the issues that surround the roofing industry and has personally experienced how it has changed over the years. Mr. Green was one of the first roofers ever to be certified by Haag Engineering in Dallas, Texas.

At 1st Colorado Roofing, we meet our customer's expectations through good communications and top quality workmanship. We also make sure our customers are educated about the entire process of replacing their roof. Our workmanship is second to none and we don't collect a check until the job is totally completed. At 1st Colorado Roofing, YOU are SECOND to None!

We strive to educate not only our sales staff and installers about the various roofing products available, but also our customers. We provide constant roof and gutter training to our employees through ongoing outside education programs and seminars.

1st Colorado Roofing carries a large amount of general liability insurance for our job locations. We also carry uninsured motorist insurance coverage on all of our company and employee vehicles. We do this so if there ever is a problem on your job, which is extremely rare, you can rest assured that you as the customer won't have any issues of liability. Many contractors carry the minimum general liability insurance amounts required by municipalities, which is usually only $100,000.00.
