I would like to take the time to thank Gary, Rick, Denise and Jim Clements, the owner of 1st Financial for all of their hard team work. Gary has devised a plan to help me with long term goals to achieve credit stability and worthiness in the next twelve to sixteen months, showing me how itâ??s going to be done through refinancing my loan and paying down my revolving debt and lowering my overall monthly expenses. Rick has helped him the whole way by making sure everything was prepared properly and even conforming to my schedule and meeting me after work at 12:30 at night to get some additional documentation. Denise was very persistent with my old mortgage company on getting my payoff and getting my loan processed so I could close my loan in the time that was necessary to meet my needs. I thank all of you and look forward to working with you in the future.

He was very informative and professional and he explained everything to me so I understood it.
