24 Hour Appraisal Group is a locally owned and operated residential appraisal company operating in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. The company was founded in 2007 by a local appraiser who strived to maximize efficiency in this fast-paced real estate industry. In addition to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, it was our goal to return completed real estate valuation reports within 24 hours of inspection. From this ambition came 24 Hour Appraisal Group.

In the course of performing appraisals, we may collect what is known as "nonpublic personal information" about you. This information is used to facilitate the services that we provide to you and may include the information provided to us by you directly or received by us from others with your authorization.

The St. Charles County Association of Realtors is the largest trade association in the area and is dedicated to serving the real estate professionals of St. Charles County and the families and property owners they serve. The Association provides its members the education, tools, and services that they need to serve their customers and clients.

There are three types of licensure for appraisers: state license, residential certification and general certification. The criterion for obtaining each of these designations varies in both education and required training experience. It is our company policy for each of our appraisers to maintain a classification as a Certified Residential Appraiser in good standing.
