I bring more than 25 years of corporate experience in leadership roles at Fortune 100 multi-national companies. I charted my own career from early years in the manufacturing industry, working overseas, to nearly two decades in telecom; from accounting - to finance - to sales - to global marketing strategy and large account management in the Federal Government sector. I successfully led my teams through seemingly constant change, often reinventing our mission, our role, our purpose. Through each transition, we not only survived - we thrived! There came a point in my career when I knew I needed a change. I was reluctant to let go of all that I had worked so hard to achieve; yet I knew in my heart that my work wasn't lining up with living my true authentic life. I hired a coach. This was my first exposure to professional coaching. Coaching helped me to clarify my core values and make tough choices that fit with my integrity. Some years later, I realized that I wanted to offer this support to others in living their most authentic life and achieving the full measure of their potential! Now, as a professionally trained coach, I will support you through your life and career transitions.
