Zach graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Economics. He has previous work experience with a real estate development and property management company based out of Chicago gaining experience in leasing and construction management. Zach also has experience on the real estate investment side of the industry evaluating opportunities and completing due diligence work. Zach currently works in leasing and real estate sales and is dedicated to fulfilling his client's needs through his extensive knowledge of Chicago's real estate market.

Becky graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She came to 33 Realty with over 8 years of experience in real estate. As a licensed Illinois Realtor, she has experience in both leasing and sales. She has extensive knowledge of Chicago and all of its unique and diverse neighborhoods. Her strong work ethic and dedication to client needs means that you will never feel pressured to settle for second best. She has built a strong referral base as a result of her client satisfaction. Whether you are renting, buying or selling, a homeowner or investor, new to the marketplace or experienced, she works in partnership with you from start to finish.

Kimley grew up in Montana, and has lived in the Chicago area for over 20 years. In that time, she has developed a deep knowledge and love for this city and the communities in which she has worked, played and raised a family. She holds an undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University, graduate degree from Northwestern, and over 15 years of executive recruiting experience. Kimley has worked within reputable organizations, as well as running her own recruiting business.

A Professional Engineer (P.E.), Drew graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Drew spent the first eight years of his career, post-college, working in the engineering consulting field while simultaneously building the infrastructure to launch a real estate operation. Drew managed and worked on some of the largest Civil Engineering projects around the country such as the Dan Ryan Expressway, Tri Level Interchange in St. Louis, Monfayette Expressway in western Pennsylvania and I-80 through Northwest Indiana. Managing these billion dollar engineering projects helped Drew develop superior skill sets in the areas of diligent project management and analytical assessments. Starting with his foundation in project management and analytical assessments and drawing on his passion for real estate, Drew founded 33 Realty in late 2008. Drew’s vision of an integrated real estate services model, where clients can obtain all their real estate needs, has been accomplished as the Company provides best-in-class services in the areas of leasing, property management and brokerage operations.
