Client Manager The Client Manager supports the organizations business objectives and contributes to the organizations profitability and revenue growth by ensuring the service expectations of our clients are met and exceeded. Ultimately, the Client Manager serves the client, and proactively managing the client experience. Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, monitor, influence, negotiate, supervise and delegate.
Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, teamwork orientation and sensitivity to deal with confidential business, human resource and client-related issues. Life Sciences experience is a must. iOS Developer IOS iPhone/iPad developer. Launch experience of a consumer or enterprise iPhone/iPad application is preferred. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and willingness to work in a fast, precise and high performance environment. This position will work on developing and enhancing existing enterprise solutions, as well as all future products on multiple platforms including mobile devices. Life Sciences experience is a bonus. Business Analyst The Business Analyst is responsible for specific initiatives from solution design through to solution launch; including analysis of business and user needs, solution requirements specification and design, and liaison between key stakeholders. Support development vision and strategy. Author solution specification documents while aligning activities to customer needs. Life Sciences experience is a must. Data Analyst The Data Analyst must have a STRONG background of analyzing and interpreting Life Sciences data. Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot data models. Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed solution designs. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures / data interfaces or problems to define data processing needs. Work as a team member with other technical staff. Write and maintain system documentation. Life Sciences experience is a must.
