The North Colorado Health Alliance was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2002. North Colorado Health Alliance was founded to give low-income and uninsured residents of North Colorado access to appropriate, affordable, quality healthcare and disease prevention services. The Alliance is a creative and strategic collaboration of partner organizations that are dedicated to cultivating the health of the communities they serve.

To ensure that all consumers are able to receive care, Mental Health Center of Denver sought a trusted partner to provide a reliable, flexible, and predictable Managed Services solution. 3t Systems was able to provide a safe, secure environment to host MHCD consumers' medical records and electronic patient information, a virtual desktop application to provide mobility to clinicians, and a stable OPEX which allow MHCD to leverage their capital for consumer housing.

I have been in information technology (IT) and automation for over 30 years in a variety of industries, and in healthcare IT for the past decade. So I have seen my share of the good and bad in IT.

A 3t Systems NOC Technician-1, provides technical implementation assistance, troubleshooting and support of Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and other related technologies and, or projects. Support datacenter environments (servers, communications, applications etc.) Responds to telephone calls, and emails to provide professional services to our customers and partners. Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure timely resolution. Provides on-site support for external clients when necessary.
