There's no change to the company who's been delivering your power and responding to outages for as long as you've had electricity. So the service stays the same. But the most important thing for you to know is that this process is expected to be seamless for our customers. It's business as usual. We continue to serve customers. You do not need to take any action to continue to receive service from us. This process is focused on reducing debt, not on making changes to the way we operate the business. What is a TDU? TDU = Transmission and Distribution Utility. This is the local utility company that owns and manages the poles, wires and meters that carry the power to your house. When you have a power outage, this is the company that you call to make a report.
