Executive Leadership Team Robert Lombardi, President B.S. Civil Engineering; MBA Robert founded 4G Development and Consulting with over 21 years experience as a civil engineer and corporate executive. Robert’s project experience includes work for the US Army Corps of Engineers, site and utility design for commercial and residential development projects, and over 16 years with the McDonalds Corporation overseeing the development, construction and remodels of hundreds of restaurants. His most recent position at McDonalds was Development Director, West Region. “We’ve built our client base by developing sound, long-standing relationships rooted in mutual trust and integrity. We’ve succeeded where others have failed: managing construction projects and remodel programs cheaper, faster, and better than our clients could have themselves or with anyone else. Computer Science Prior to joining 4G, David held the position IT Manager for Harper Construction Company, a large and award-winning Design-Build and General Contractor in San Diego, CA. David also held the position of Vice President of Operations at ec-Content, a major internet content development company. With over 24 years of Information Technologies and Program Management experience, David applies technology solutions to cut costs, save time, and improve production quality at all phases of development. David is also responsible for staff training, vendor relations, organizational development, and quality control. “Our clients trust 4G to complete their projects with minimal supervision or follow up.
