4L Enterprises is a Real Estate Development and Acquisition company. We acquire undervalued or distressed real estate, redevelop to enhance value, and achieve improved economics on rent increases. If necessary, we make management adjustments to stimulate growth and increase profitability. Our business is value oriented and we have experience across a broad range of real estate investments. We provide our clients with an alternative investment to more traditional asset classes such as cash, equities, fixed income, and/or commodities. As observed during the recent credit crisis, different asset classes experience varying degrees of volatility in times of economic change. We strive to provide an investment alternative that is less correlated to traditional investments. In doing so, we hope to help our clients achieve diversification and higher risk-adjusted returns.
