4 Star Courier Collective was founded in 2005 by experienced Chicago couriers looking to realize a better way of doing business. 4 Star Courier is inspired by an owner-operator model that ensures sincerity and pride of ownership informs every facet of what we do for you. All references made to you and your company on each request for services shall mean the sender, its employees and agents. All references made to us and our company shall mean 4 Star Courier Collective LLC, its employees and agents. You agree to these terms whenever you submit to us your package(s) for delivery. These terms of agreement shall not be altered or modified by anyone or any authority. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure goods are properly packaged for delivery. Such responsibilities include, but are not limited to, securing fragile items for transport; fully enclosing loose or exposed items; using labels to clearly reference names, addresses, suite numbers, etc; and any other additional information relevant to delivery. Delivery price quotes are directly related to the descriptive information made available to us upon ordering; omissions will cause price quotes to be constructed according to our best estimate of the number, size, time constraints, and weight of your package(s).
