I have been a resident of Clovis for over 30 years and a Real Estate Agent for 5 years. My family and I moved here when my dad was transferred with the Railroad. My husband and I have been married over 20 years. We have a precious daughter who loves to play soccer, softball, basketball and ride her horse. As a family, we have moved away from Clovis a few times but we always come back. I’m very blessed to have my parents, my father-in-law, and my sister all here in Clovis with us.

What makes me unique is my approach. I am in Real Estate to help people make their dreams come true whether that means finding the best home for you or selling your existing home so you can move on to the next chapter. I have over 17 years experience in Sales & Marketing and a Master’s degree in Operations Management so I do take a strategic approach, but my drive is customer satisfaction. Most of my sales and Marketing experience comes from over 20 years serving men and women of the Air Force, their families and retirees working for MWR/Services/Force Support Squadrons.

After working with other realtors I settled on Katharine because of her low-pressure approach to selling me a house -a truly rare quality amongst realtors. And now, after 5 years and having purchased 3 houses through her, I can also say she is one of the most professional and knowledgeable realtors in eastern New Mexico.
