As a family owned business founded in 1980, 5B’s is currently one of the largest contract embroidery operations in the United States. 5B’s combines state-of-the art systems with old fashioned values centered on you, our customer. From its humble beginnings as a specialty sewing business, operated from the family’s basement, 5B’s now occupies a 170,000 square foot facility, with over 300 embroidery heads, operating 20 hours a day.

In 1980, 5B's was created as a specialty sewing business, operated from the Biles family basement in Zanesville, Ohio. Within eight months, the business outgrew its humble beginnings and the Biles family rented a small building for the growing company. By 1981, 5B's had seven associates and moved into a 3,000 square foot building in downtown Zanesville. A year later, they purchased their first six-head single needle computer embroidery machine. In 1984, 5B's moved again, this time to a 12,000 square foot building.

When it comes to embroidery, 5B’s is the one to call. With over 30 years in the business, operating out of a 170,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, no job is too big or too difficult for 5B’s. With competitive pricing, on time delivery, 5B’s operates 20 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet their customer’s needs.
