Jerry Stormo Owner, Vice President, Sales/Estimating Jerry has been a home improvement planner and consultant for A & L since 1988. He has been a professional in the industry for 35 years. Jeff Heath Owner, President, Sales/Estimating Jeff started with A&L in 1983. He was one of the first seamless siding applicators in the Red River Valley. Jeff has been in the home improvement industry for 29 years. Scott Gaddie Sales/Estimating Scott joined the A & L staff in 2007. He has extensive experience in construction and management. Ryan Steenerson Sales/Estimating Ryan started with A&L in 2001 as a carpenter, and is certified to install Renewal by Andersen ® windows. He was promoted to sales in April of 2004. Laurie Hansen Office Manager A&L Office Manager since 2005.
