All A&M Architecture stays within the traditional New England heritage theme. We hold only the best standards when it comes to the construction of our homes. Old Country Homes feature all wood construction. Before any home is built, there will be a geotechnical survey and report to ensure that your new home is sitting on the correct sub base. A civil engineer will perform the site design to ensure that there is proper drainage around your new home. This is most important when those flooding rains come. Simply put, you can rest at ease knowing your home was done right.
