The easiest way to pay your fees is by having your fees automatically deducted from your checking account every month. You will need to complete the Preauthorized Electronic Assessment Payment Services Agreement and Disclosure Statement. Please read the agreement carefully. This is the preferred method of payment. The management office will manage this service. There is no charge for this form of payment. Print Form You should have received a payment coupon book and windowed envelopes. Just place your check and coupon in the envelope, put a stamp on it and drop it in the mailbox. Please allow an extra day or two for the mail to be received at the lockbox. Unless your account number starts with one of the letter codes listed below you should send your payment to P.O. Box 65942, Phoenix, AZ 85082-5942. You should note that if you have been given a coupon book with the address for remittance to a P.O. Box and you send your check to our physical location in North Haven, CT, it will take extra time to process as we do not process these checks in our office. You are not avoiding late fees or saving steps by sending your check to our office as our bookkeeper does not process these checks. They are simply dropped in an envelope and sent via regular mail to the place where they are processed. You must also include the account number on the check which can also be found at the top of the coupon. * Please note that if your account number starts with: SAVIN, SAV, BGF, BENHAM, or HMD your association has opted not to utilize all of these features and the only way you can make payment is to mail your payment to our office.
