This family owned and operated business is dedicated to providing personalized customer service from an experienced and knowledgeable staff – the same mission it has had since its founding in 1974 by Reginald Psciuk (Reggie Shook).From the beginning, A-1 Medical has been a full-service insurance brokerage firm, working with leading providers in the industry to offer health, life, disability and long-term care insurance packages. Reggie Shook was completely devoted to ensuring that his clients received the best possible coverage to meet their needs for the best value. He shared this vision not only with his staff – but with his son Mark Psciuk who joined the firm in 1986.Mark Psciuk brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in designing, presenting and executing self-funding, partial self funding programs, large group plans and multiple location policies along with an array of best practices and benefit saving solutions.Upon the passing of Reggie Shook in 1999 the tradition carries on through his son Mark by continuing to follow the vision of maximizing their clients benefit dollars, establishing strong client relationships and providing accessible personal service.
