A-1 Chipseal Company is a family owned construction company established in 1996. We specialize in resurfacing asphalt streets, roads and highways with a surface application of chip seal, slurry seal, cape seal, hot chip seal, and crack seal. We have completed over 1,000 projects for various cities, counties and CDOT in the Front Range area of Colorado. We have over 50 highly skilled workers who are experienced working with the different surface treatments. The management, estimators, and operators have a combined construction experience of over 100 years. Our equipment is state-of-the-art designed and built to complete the different resurfacing processes, providing a consistent and quality product at all times. We pride ourselves in having a strong reputation built on quality, fairness, innovation, customer service, and surface treatments that work well providing a strong return on investment for our customers and end users.
