As a local chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), AAF Southwest Virginia (AAF SWVA) encourages professional development through seminars, award presentations, networking and industry leader recognition. As part of an effort to support diversity and inclusion within the advertising industry, the AAF SWVA Diversity Committee began awarding a Minority High School Scholarship & Internship Program in its very first year of existence.
