2010 Our name, AATPA Incorporated is an acronym for A. Arenz Travel Planner Associates, Incorporated and we are celebrating our 15th year in the travel industry We provide easy-to-manage personal and group travel packages to Hawaii as a personal service or via our online booking resources. Our home office is in Northern California on the road to Lake Tahoe with Hawaii being our main travel focus. Our average staff size of five makes a very comfortable work environment for us and that translates to very responsive and personal service to you, our client. Beyond Hawaii, we have been arranging cruises to many parts of the world for over 14 years Why Hawaii ? It is a natural for us because much of our family is there, in fact the birth of our third generation of Hawaii family began this year. Everyone was excited. Our owners are in Hawaii every other month or so and we have clients there daily. We have part time staff in Honolulu and personally know many of the hoteliers and activity vendors. If its Hawaii, we can make it happen. We offer expert advice and the knowledge necessary to plan flexible, customized event travel solutions at reasonable rates. From planning to production, you will work with the same AATPA account manager. Personalized management allows you to retain complete control, without the work and worry. Matching your package based on your unique needs is where we excel. Our independent associates: We also employee independent travel planners (associates) that we often refer to for specialized needs. These people operate their own home based businesses through our office. Our associates are amazing in their personal knowledge of their travel niche. Bettie, a world travel planner, has been to Southeast Asia 54 times! Nell (in Odessa, Tx) has been planning Mexico & Hawaii trips for 37 years. Annabelle has sailed on Carnival cruises over 75 times and expects to reach 100 times before she retires. Marv, a partner of ours, has many years of Europe river cruising experience and group tours world wide. A lifetime running enthusiast, Marv also hosts our annual 7 day runners cruise in Hawaii every January. . . . and the list goes on. We look forward to meeting you someday, Aloha & Mahalo !
