Karleen is a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner with 28 years of RN experience, including ICU, Home Health and Nursing Education. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has 8.5 years at Butler Community College as Director and founder of Butler College Health Service. Karleen graduated with an Associate Degree nurse from Labette Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree RN from Southwestern in Winfield.

Stevie graduated with a BSN and MSN of nursing at WSU. She is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has experience in pediatrics from Children's Mercy in KC, as well as pediatric and emergency department experience at Wesley Hospital.

Andrea Babb is a Certified Physician"s Assistant who received her Bachelor of Science in Education (Exercise Science) in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University in 2003. She is a member of both the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Andrea worked for Bluestem Medical Clinic/Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka, KS from 2003 to 2007 and has worked with Dr. Rausch since October 1, 2007.
