We provide a 60 day guarantee on the parts we replace. These parts are guaranteed to work correctly for 60 days from the day you receive your Zune back from us. If the part we replaced fails during this 60 day period, we will replace it for free. Customer pays for inbound shipping, we'll pay for return shipping.

From the day we provide you with a written diagnosis you will have 30 days to reply and pay for service. We must hear from you inside these 30 days to finalize payment or your Zune will be categorized as abandoned, where we'll do what we can with it to recover our expenses.

We provide a 10 day return policy on Zune parts, Zune accessories and refurbished Zune players, any of these items can be returned for any reason. To qualify for a refund, you must send us an email request within 10 days of USPS confirmed delivery date. Customer pays for return shipping. Upon successful inspection of the item, we will refund the full purchase price minus a small ($1 to $5) processing fee.
