Mr. Carrasco has more than ten years of experience in power generation industry and electricity markets. Prior to Mr. Carrasco’s involvement with AB Financing, his previous responsibilities include being a member of the Board of the Chilean Independent System Operator (CDEC-SIC), CDEC Manager at SNPower and Senior Energy Analyst for Campanario Power Generation Co. He has participated in national public bidding process for regulated price customers, power purchase agreement design/negotiation for mining and industrial clients, and carbon emission market.
