We specialize in serving Project Developers in the Health Care Industry. A.B. Goodrich Contracting is experienced in working with Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities, Outpatient Treatment Centers and Clinics, Physical Therapy Offices, Veterinarian Clinics, Hospitality and Amenity Facilities for Residential Developments, Retail Up-Fits and light Commercial Developments.

Daniel brings many years of experience in the financial industry to the team. After attending East Carolina University, Daniel began his banking career as a branch banker in McLean, VA. He spent two years in the branch before transitioning into commercial lending. There he began underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial loans in northern VA, Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD.
