ACG Management is an outgrowth of Arthur Capital Group, founded in 1993 to provide asset-management and pension fund advisory services to institutional owners. Since 1999, ACG Management has represented institutional owners in managing hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate investments, including office and industrial buildings, medical facilities, retail property and multi-family. ACG Management's team includes James J. Weber, JD, co-founder, general counsel and director of property management; Paul J. Muessig, AIA, co-founder; Frank D. Collins, director of construction and facilities management; and Grace M. Rodgers, director of asset management. The company is based in suburban Chicago. Jim Weber is ACG's co-founder, general counsel and director of property management, and serves as a court-appointed receiver, representing the interests of lenders in foreclosure actions. Jim has more than 25 years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate management, financing and legal services. He joined ACG in 1995 after serving as senior counsel for ITT Real Estate Services, responsible for legal issues arising from the REO and equity investment portfolios. Jim is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Washington, and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
