Through our relationships developed with escrow and title companies, we can effectively follow the escrow process to insure an expeditious transfer. We pride ourselves on being cutting-edge with the migration to the paperless office, paperless transaction and data archival. Due Diligence to Our Clients- We assist the owners and the tenants each step of the way in the sale process.

Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of the diversity of specializations within the industry. The CCIM curriculum consists of four core courses that incorporate the essential CCIM skill sets: financial analysis, market analysis, lease analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.
