Description

Mark has been in the communications field for over 40 years with 30 of these in higher education. In his position and oversight he has been engaged in all aspects of communications design engineering, implementation, operations, support, project management (PMI) and nd ITIL V3 best practices. An RCDD with the BICSI organization for over 22 years and an ACUTA member for over 25 years, Mark's ACUTA activities include the Program and Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committees, and Director at Large. Mark has also made presentations and written articles for ACUTA.

Cathy O'Bryan leads several IT support units at IU, including the UITS Support Center, Knowledge Management, Executive and Internal Technical Support, and IT Community Partnerships. O'Bryan has extensive experience providing IT support and services in academic settings, including 13 years at the University of Wisconsin, during which she progressed from technical training manager to help desk manager to director of user services.
