He currently holds A+ and Novell certifications and has a vast amount of knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft products. Mr. DeCarvalho has been servicing customers in the bay area since 1988 and has provided excellent and honest work. Having built a "good reputation" in the area, his existing customers, along with his new ones, keep coming back to him for additional solutions. His customers have come to know him and trust his opinions for all of their computer and office equipment needs.
