Paul F. Meier brings over 35 years of experience in petroleum refining, gas processing, coal monetization, clean fuels, hydrogen energy, carbon capture and sequestration, and water treatment gained at ConocoPhillips and Sinopec. His expertise includes technology assessments, innovation strategy, operational improvements and excellence, and process modeling and economics developed through numerous projects and engagements for oil and gas, energy, and chemical companies.

Vishakha Shembekar brings extensive experience and proven expertise in the design and utilization of analytics to explore, understand, and solve business, commercial, and technical problems. She has utilized these skills to understand the economics and investment attractiveness of conventional and unconventional resources in oil and gas; power from coal, natural gas, and renewables in particular geothermal; biofuels and bioenergy; and speciality and commodity chemicals.

Ryan Zarnitz holds bachelors and masters degrees in chemical engineering and has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas and utilities industries. In roles with leading oil and gas majors and technical consulting companies, Zarnitz has operated process units, led plant start-ups, supervised unit revamps and equipment installations, and conducted numerous economic and technical feasibility assessments.

Amol Wayangankar has 15 years of experience advising clients on market, commercial and regulatory aspects of natural gas, LNG, and NGL markets. Wayangankar has directed numerous domestic and international energy infrastructure M&A transactions including asset valuations, commercial due diligence, and market assessments to support project developers, energy companies, utilities, financial/strategic investors, and lenders. His primary focus has been on natural gas storage, gathering and processing, pipelines, and LNG terminals as well as serving investor-owned utilities, IPPs, and Coops.
