Thomas Rutter, J.D. and Michael Carney, M.B.A. started ADR Options in March of 1993. Tom was serving as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Day Backward program and Mike had started an ADR division for a litigation services company. We are now the largest provider of ADR services in the Tri-State area and have handled over 12,000 cases. Our mission is to offer the highest quality mediation, arbitration and mock trial services in the area. Our neutrals are former judges and exceptional trial attorneys who are experienced in ADR processes.
