With over 25 years of experience with environmental and transportation planning studies, Steve will serve as Regional Manager for our Pittsburgh office. His experience covers the public and private sectors. He served as PennDOT District 12-0 Environmental Manager and has worked with private consulting firms in the Pittsburgh area. His main responsibilities include leading the business development efforts, managing workload and personnel, and managing projects.
