AFG began in 1981 as Alternatives For Growth when Donna Kolsky and Donna Flannery combined their expertise in case management to offer a comprehensive package of medical and vocational services. Both owners have Masters degrees in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and extensive experience in vocational counseling, vocational testing, job placement, case management, and expert testimony. We have been qualified and court appointed.
