Description

Jim Tsao is a registered structural engineer in the State of California with over 30 years of experience in the design and retrofit of residential, commercial, recreational, institutional, industrial, environmental, nuclear and transportation structures.

Founded in 1983, AGS currently employs over 20 professionals, most with advanced degrees and professional licenses. AGS has excellent in-house support facilities including a state-of-the-art soil testing laboratory and extensive technological capabilities.

For over 14 years, Keyvan has performed geotechnical services for wide variety of private and public developments including water facilities, reservoirs, nuclear plants, tunnels, subways, transition lines, airports, hospitals, bridges, streets, pavements, parking structures, schools, colleges and universities.

AGS was recently re-certified as a Minority-Owned San Francisco Local Business Enterprise (LBE) by the Contract Monitoring Division of the San Francisco City’s Administrator’s Office (formerly HRC). For over 25 years, AGS has been providing geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, construction management, environmental services, and other management consulting services to local, state and federal clients.

Since founded in 1983, AGS has built a long and trusted relationship with its clients through execution of numerous projects.
