Peter S. Carlsen joined AIC Ventures in 1999 as president and as an equity partner. He has been involved in real estate investing, consulting and development for over 25 years. Prior to joining AIC Ventures, Peter was a partner and area leader for Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal, the firm’s real estate consulting practice.
