Assistant Plant Manager Dynamic, rapidly expanding manufacturer of Converted Paper Products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking a hard driving “hands on” professional Assistant Plant Manager on 2nd shift for our Detroit, MI facility . Requirements include a Bachelors Degree, preferably in engineering or business, and 5-7 years of FIRST line production management experience along with strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills.

AJM Packaging Corporation, a leading manufacturer of paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking a degreed Graphic Arts Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of commercial/industrial experience in a digital environment and prior experience managing a department. Qualified candidates will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. DreamWeaver, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is an asset. Product and packaging design skills, pre-press and Fflexographic printing knowledge is required.
