CElstien@AlperServices.com Cindi Elstien utilizes her years of experience and knowledge in the Human Resource profession as a benefit to Alper Clients. She offers unique hands-on experience, serving as both HR Practitioner and Consultant. She educates Clients in the area of Human Resource “Best” Standards of Practice, while maintaining compliance with applicable local, state and federal employment law.
