Throughout our 34 year history, the staff of ARM have served our industry groups as speakers to worldwide trade organizations. We have aided Statewide organizations in revamping constitutions, provided pro bono work to maintain parks, railroads, and opera productions because we believe we owe this to our fellow man. We, however, have never forgotten our duty to serve the commercial insurance manager and buyer in his or her quest to protect his or her company against loss in the most cost efficient manner.

As of January 1, 2013 a new formula will be used to determine a company’s experience modification factor. Until now, the first $5,000 of each and every loss was used in the formula. Now, the first $10,000 and ultimately the first $15,000 of each loss will be used to develop your experience modification.

Through all of our growth cycles and insurance cycles, American Risk Managers has strongly held to its mission of service to the Property/Casualty insurance manager and buyer. In the absence of a truly independent advocate, companies are at the mercy of their supplier, their agent, and the producer of the product, the underwriter. We rarely see a business expense as high as Property/Casualty insurance being purchased and controlled in this manner. Purchasing a high dollar service in this manner would be akin to allowing the IRS fill out your income tax returns.
