This Design Build project located in San Francisco, California consisted of a 29,000 SF tenant improvement for the University of California, San Francisco. The space consists of four new clinics occupying the entire 3rd floor of 1500 Owens Street. This project is the new home of Executive Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Madison Clinic for Pediatric Diabetes, and Neurology. AMS Electric is proud to be a part of this LEED Gold certified project. Overall, AMS Electric completed the electrical installations for four out of six stories at this location on 1500 Owens Street.

This project consisted of a 2-story 37,000 square foot facility. The building is to be used as a test fit workspace for Google’s Real Estate & Workplace Services team. The goal was to provide a fun and innovative work environment with an open plan concept and multiple creative meeting spaces. At AMS Electric we take great pride in our continuing effort to provide innovative ideas that enhance Google’s various initiatives for providing healthier and more efficient buildings. The facility was awarded a LEED CI Platinum certification and earned 92 out of a possible 110 points.
