Amtec's history is rooted in "hands on" Test and Evaluation (T&E) Support and Services for both government and commercial customers. We provide this support over the total commodity life cycle (from initial design, through deployment and operation, and on to retirement). We provide T&E support at all levels (component, subsystem, system, and family-of-systems). Support includes test planning, test conduct, evaluation and reporting. We specialize in designing, building, and operating test facilities.

Amtec Corporation is a privately owned and operated small business headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. The company was founded in 1988 and, as a result of acquiring a line of business, has company experience that extends back to 1971.

Historically, our company's principal activity has consisted of providing technical support to U.S. Army elements located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Amtec currently employs a complement of over two hundred highly skilled engineers, scientists, and technicians with a wealth of experience solving complex problems for the Department of Defense, NASA, and commercial clients. Amtec specializes in providing solutions and services in the area of test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, and technology development.

Amtec Corporation is experienced in the design and fabrication of custom machines to assist in your robotic assembly, testing, material handling and packaging of your product. We have personnel with specialized experience in the automotive industry; tire industry; material handling; and error proof tooling fields.
