Just a quite note to say thank your driver, Michael, for providing superb service on Saturday, June 13. My friend Amanda Levy coordinated an evening out for our soon-to-be-wed friend that included limo service from Fair Oaks to downtown and back. I thought the limo itself was impressive, but far more impressive was the attention and care provided by Michael, the drive. He introduced himself, explained to us how to work the radio and the fancy lights, and wisked us downtown safely and efficiently.

API Limousine is Sacramento's ONLY limousine company that publishes ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPHS of our staff and chauffeurs. Like most other companies, we do not use fake or artificial photos. Some of our chauffeurs have over 15 years of experience in serving customers and all of our chauffeurs are licensed, safety certified, and professionally trained. Ask your Customer Service Representative about which chauffeur will be with you for your special event.

On occasion, circumstance may dictate a change in a guest’s schedule and a prior reservation needs to be canceled. Due to our customer focused scheduling process, API Limousine WILL NOT double book reservations or place a guest’s special event in jeopardy. In order the meet the needs of our clients, we require at least 24 hours notification of a cancelled reservation. If we are unable to receive adequate notification, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
