APPL, Inc. is a full service Analytical Chemistry Laboratory located in Fresno, California. We are fully certified by National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) to perform hazardous waste analyses, and California DHS ELAP to perform wastewater and drinking water analyses. APPL, Inc. also maintains full Department of Defense (DOD) certifications, including Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center (NFESC), Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). With a staff of over fifty employees, we are capable of diligently analyzing samples for large, high profile projects. APPL, Inc. data has consitantly passed third party data validation for over 25 years. Our services have helped clients meet deadlines while providing legally defensible data for a large array of enivironmental programs including but not limited to, Base Realignment and Closure, NPDES permits, RWQCB, UST programs, the Clean Water Act, and large DOD monitoring and remediation contracts. In addition to standard organic and inorganic analyses, we have specialties in HPLC, HR-MS, and specialized pesticide analysis.
