AP IMAGES Complement your video with a captured moment As well as one of the world's leading collections of news and entertainment film and video, the Associated Press has the greatest photo news archive in the world, containing over 50 million images. Many of these photographs complement our moving images and can be licensed alongside our footage for use in your production. AP Photographers have been capturing the greatest events in history for over 155 years and in the process racked up 30 Pulitzer prizes (the most of any news organisation), and countless other awards.

"We have so much significant and unique footage that digitizing the archive had to be a top priority and we also wanted to ensure that we could make the content easily accessible to our customers, wherever in the world they may be.
