serves as director of the ARC Broward Learning Institute. Paola recently joined ARC Broward after serving as the higher education program manager for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Paola has extensive experience in dealing with post-secondary academic advising, recruitment, and management. During her tenure at the Seminole Tribe, she supervised all post-secondary programs for the Tribe and helped more than 200 Tribal member students with post-secondary placements. Paola also worked as a 5th grade bilingual teacher at La Mesa Elementary in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
