We are a Coaching company that specializes in helping Leaders work more effectively with others. 80% of the derailers of all Leaders are people-related issues. People will follow a Leader that they can believe in and that comes from having credibility in terms of care, trust and competence. In order to be effective in these areas, a Leader must invest in growing their own natural Leadership Brand as well as investing in the growth of individual team members. A fundamental understanding of how individual as well as team strengths can be intentionally cultivated is essential to support this process. ARC believes that the ongoing investment in people is essential in building a great company culture that is Efficient, Effective, Engaging and Enjoyable. My team just went through the coaching with ARC. I've gone through innumerable 360 degree and coaching processes; this is one of the best. I'm practically a super-hero with my managers for sponsoring it and I'm seeing wonderful new behaviors crop up everywhere. Two team members who have a lot of electricity (not the good kind) have used their profiles as a way to start talking with each other. Others are getting feedback in a way I've not been able to give. It is just wonderful.
