Description

The vast majority of loan officers do not consider certain primary issues when it comes to this service business. First, they fail to listen to the customer. Some people strictly want information and will make all of their own financing decisions. Others just want some guidance. We have found that most salespeople (and that's what we are), have a "canned response" no matter what the customer says. There is little focus on the mathematics of the program as it pertains to the client. Amazingly, most loan officers have weak math skills and avoid the issue.
